You will hold overall responsibility for the site and report to a regional manager, with travel kept to a minimum. The ideal candidate has a leadership track record, chemical industry exposure (distribution preferred), and familiarity with process safety management and

Qualifications

• Leadership background is important - should have previous management experience.
• Must be out of chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or something along those lines.
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus.
• Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead site operations on the floor, coordinating with operations and hourly personnel to uphold safety and performance.
• Hold overall responsibility for this site reporting to a regional manager, with minimal travel.
