Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. is seeking a Site Leader for our Omaha chemical distribution plant to drive safety, performance, and daily operations on the floor.

You will lead operations and hourly staff, partner with the regional management team, and ensure compliance with DOT/TCEQ and PSM standards while sustaining our long history of stability. The role includes involvement in a new tuition reimbursement program and a focus on safety and performance with limited travel, offering leadership growth

Qualifications

• Leadership background is important and prior management experience is required.
• Experience in chemicals, ideally chemical distribution or similar.
• Previous PSM (process safety management) experience is a huge plus.
• Must understand DOT/TCEQ regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the floor with operations and hourly personnel to push for high safety standards and high performance.
• Own overall responsibility for the site and report to a regional manager.
• Travel will be minimal.
