Job summary

ISEE is seeking an Operations Manager - Site Lead to drive and optimize customer operations, including on-site pilots, PoCs, rollouts, and ongoing product development. You will coordinate vehicle testing, maintenance, and compliance while aligning with the COO and Product teams.

The role emphasizes strategic communication, cross-location collaboration, and delivering seamless client delivery with a focus on safety and operational excellence in Dallas.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations experience in logistics, AV, or related industries.
• MBA degree strongly preferred, or 2+ years of additional work experience.
• Experience using operations data to support strategic decisions.
• Ability to communicate strategically to build trust and drive initiatives.
• Detail-oriented with ability to see both details and broader context.
• Willing to travel and work with teams across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee internal operations and vehicle compliance, including reporting and insurance.
• Coordinate customer operations at client sites for demos, pilots, and rollouts.
• Lead deployment efforts, program management, and system configuration/integration.
• Drive strategic customer engagement and improve product-centric initiatives.
