Job summary

Leadec Corp is seeking a senior site operations leader to direct all on-site activities at the customer location. You will drive strategic direction, lead a cross-functional team, and manage budgeting, forecasting and P&L analysis to optimize performance and safety.

You will oversee relationship management with customers and partners, implement lean processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, while traveling within the United States as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of progressive management experience.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is required.
• Occasional travel within the United States as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Leadec operations at the site and provide strategic direction.
• Drive successful implementation of Leadec and Customer initiatives; manage KPIs for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Budgeting, forecasting, P&L review and analysis; oversee customer receivables/payables.
• Develop and maintain process controls for efficient SOW execution and cost control.
• Lead relationship management with customers, partners and internal teams; ensure adherence to safety and ISO requirements.
• Support hiring processes and site reporting; ensure safety and ethical performance across operations.
