Job summary

Leadec Corp. is seeking a Senior Site Operations Leader to guide the strategic direction and manage Leadec operations at the customer site. You will oversee safety, compliance, and performance across KPI areas including safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale, and environment.

The role requires strong leadership, manufacturing experience, and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives with the customer and Leadec partners. Occasional travel within the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive management experience
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Lean management or equivalent experience preferred
• Occasional travel as required within the United States

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Leadec operations at the site and ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, morale and environmental targets are met.
• Lead strategic initiatives with Leadec and the customer to drive company objectives at the site.
• Develop and maintain process controls for efficient, cost-effective execution of the scope of work.
