Job summary

Tutor Intelligence is hiring a Deployment Manager to own the customer experience from post-sale kickoff to on-site deployment and stabilization. You will coordinate with customer IT, operations, and facilities to prepare sites for automation and ensure launches are on schedule.

In this role you will own deployment, identify risks early, drive resolutions, and hand off to Customer Success with confidence. Requires 2+ years in customer-facing roles in relevant industries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role within robotics, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial environments.
• Exposure to robotics, automation systems, MES, WMS, or industrial IT environments.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder deployments in operational settings.
• Ability to manage delays, changing requirements, and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer operations, IT, facilities, and stakeholders during deployment from kickoff to stabilization.
• Coordinate layout, workflows, networking, access, and operational constraints.
• Plan and manage deployment timelines, delivery schedules, and dependencies.
• Identify risks and blockers early and drive resolution across teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success for smooth handoffs.
