Job summary

Sitemetric LLC seeks a bold, hands-on Site Logistics Leader, Site Operations, to guide onsite and customer workflows and ensure safety, security, and quality across projects. The role requires in-person work at local job sites with travel across the United States and adherence to Texas guard-card requirements.

You will drive customer value through effective leadership and proactive collaboration with owners, contractors, and workers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead successful project teams and maintain relationships with stakeholders (owners, general contractors, subcontractors).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to resolve complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery of Sitemetric services at project and enterprise levels to ensure high customer value and experience.
• Manage customer success; anticipate and resolve challenges in project or enterprise use of services.
• Collaborate with customers and colleagues to innovate and expand Sitemetric offerings to solve problems at scale.
