Job summary

KoiReader Technologies, Inc. seeks an Implementation Specialist to lead on-site deployments from start to finish in Dallas, TX. You will coordinate logistics, supervise third-party technicians, and serve as the primary liaison between our product teams and customer leadership.

This senior, customer-facing role requires strong project management, vendor oversight, and exceptional communication to translate complex technical work into clear updates for executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation, deployment, field operations, or related customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience managing on-site projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience coordinating logistics for equipment shipping, staging, and installation.
• Experience directing third-party contractors or technicians.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site deployment planning, sequencing tasks, and keeping engagements on schedule and scope.
• Coordinate all teams involved in deployment—procurement, logistics, internal, customer operations, and third-party.
• Anticipate risks and quickly resolve issues to avoid go-live delays.
• Oversee on-site logistics, unpacking, staging, and deployment of equipment.
• Direct and manage external technicians on-site and ensure work meets standards.
• Translate complex technical requests into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide regular status updates to internal and customer leadership throughout deployment.
