Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Site Service Specialist in Houston, TX to manage high-volume copy operations, perform repairs on customer copier equipment, and support mailing and shipping tasks at the client site.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience, plus valid driver’s license and auto insurance. You will maintain service logs and coordinate with technicians as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related work experience.
• Some related copy job experience is preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.

Responsibilities

• Operate high volume copy machines and perform binding/finishing.
• Check and ensure convenience copiers are working; inspect quality daily.
• Perform repair service on customer copier equipment.
• Maintain records for management reports and inventories.
• Distribute office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to designated points.
• Respond to and coordinate service calls for customers.
• Travel between customer buildings as needed.
• Assist with meeting room setups and light maintenance.
