• Strong knowledge of petroleum and chemical inspection procedures.
• Familiarity with client business needs related to services provided.
• Willingness to travel with a valid driver’s license and reliable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee job nominations and assignments for a designated branch, area, or region.
• Serve as the key customer liaison, handle nominations, resolve issues, and manage receivables and billing records.
• Log service requests, assign identifiers, and maintain comprehensive job records.
• Review client instructions and compliance issues, coordinate with relevant parties to resolve conflicts.
• Communicate with clients to align needs with Intertek personnel and notify Contract Administration of contractual concerns.
• Coordinate information flow between all parties involved in job assignments for timely service.
• Gather data from inspectors and labs to compile final reports for publication.
