Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in an inspection company.
• Knowledge of basic contract do's and don'ts.
• Sound knowledge of petroleum and chemical inspection procedures.
• Understanding of client business requirements related to services.
• Ability to travel, build customer relationships, and contribute to growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage nominations/assignments for a branch by interfacing with clients.
• Serve as single point of contact for business related to the branch.
• Record service requests and create job records with unique IDs.
• Review client instructions for potential issues and seek solutions.
• Act as decision maker on client nominations or assignments.
• Coordinate communications between clients, Intertek staff, and contract admin.
• Advise Corporate Contract Administrator on contractual issues.
• Maintain communications flow among involved parties for each job.
• Be the local Intertek representative for client instructions.
• Gather data from Inspectors and labs to assemble final reports.
• Manage accounts receivable balances and billing-related records.
• Maintain geographic awareness of Intertek locations/capabilities.
• Coordinate with business development for marketing plans and client visits.
• Perform non-discretionary duties including Dispatcher/Branch Sales up to 25%.
