Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an inspection company.
• Knowledge of petroleum and chemical inspection procedures.
• Understanding of client needs and service delivery.
• Willingness to travel and develop customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage nominations and assignments for a branch or region.
• Serve as the primary client contact for designated accounts.
• Record job details, orders, and unique identifiers on receipt of service requests.
• Identify and flag potential problems related to operations, ethics or compliance.
• Act as decision maker to resolve issues on client nominations or assignments.
• Coordinate with client and Intertek staff to ensure clear instruction and expectations.
• Advise Corporate Contract Administrator of contractual issues as needed.
• Maintain smooth communication among parties and track project progress.
• Gather information from inspectors and labs and assemble final reports.
• Monitor and manage accounts receivable balances and billing accuracy.
