Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to service our award-winning products, including analog and digital copiers, facsimiles, and connected digital devices. The role involves on-site maintenance, network troubleshooting, and occasional training at customer locations.

You will travel locally within the territory, maintain service documentation, and collaborate with sales to support accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school training preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience related to technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent; other IT certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFP and printers, including installation/de-installation and network troubleshooting on Windows/Mac.
• Travel locally daily to customer sites; occasional travel outside local area for training.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions and provide sales support as needed.
