Job summary

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Office Systems Specialist. The role involves servicing analog and digital copiers, facsimiles, multifunctional products and connected digital devices across customer sites.

You will perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, and configure networks for printing and scanning on Windows and Mac OS systems. Travel locally within the territory on a daily basis, with occasional travel outside the local area for training.

Qualifications

• Must possess electrical/mechanical aptitude.
• Familiar with printing from common business applications.
• Microsoft OS peer to peer and MAC OS client side environments.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on KM MFPs, printers, and related devices.
• Configure networking for printing/scanning on Windows and Mac OS; install/upgrade firmware.
• Travel locally daily to customer sites within the territory; occasional travel for training.
• Maintain accurate inventory and participate in knowledge sharing with sales and support teams.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions.
