Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking an Office Systems Professional to service and repair office equipment at customer sites within the assigned territory. This role includes diagnosing issues, installing hardware, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Paid training is provided and a company laptop and phone are supplied. The ideal candidate has 0-2 years of experience in servicing office equipment, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and preferably an A+ or N+ certification to support IT

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of servicing/repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products including diagnostics, break/fix, installation and troubleshooting connectivity.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to repair and diagnose production machinery.
• Drive to customer sites within the assigned territory; track inventory and update scheduling with customers.
• Develop professional customer relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate progress in technical abilities and productivity.
• Log service visits and document updates in the Konica Minolta system for each client account.
• Collaborate with Account Management to resolve customer issues.
