Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking an on-site Clinical Recruiter in Sherman, TX. This role combines recruiting, relationship management, staffing coordination, and operational execution to staff clinicians for our medically complex pediatric clients.

The ideal candidate is organized, fast-paced, and comfortable navigating high-volume environments with urgency and accountability. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years recruiting, staffing, or related relationship-based experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and engage nurses and clinicians across multiple channels.
• Build clinician relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Match clinicians to client opportunities based on fit and needs.
• Discuss schedules, compensation, and placement details with candidates.
• Manage progression from initial contact through onboarding and first shift.
