Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Sherman, TX is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to attract, engage, place, and support nurses and clinicians across the full recruitment lifecycle. This on-site role partners with branch operations to support staffing and growth goals.

The ideal candidate is highly relationship-driven, organized, fast-paced, operationally minded, and able to thrive in an environment requiring urgency, communication, multitasking, and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, customer service, scheduling, operations coordination, workforce coordination, account management, or related role.
• Strong computer proficiency including ATS/CRM systems, Outlook, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with employees, clinicians, clients, or customers via phone, text, and email.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and engage nurses and clinicians through applicant flow, outbound recruiting, referrals, networking, social media, and proactive outreach.
• Build clinician relationships and provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication.
• Match clinicians to client opportunities based on clinical fit, availability, location, and scheduling preferences.
• Discuss schedules, case opportunities, compensation, and placement details with candidates professionally.
• Manage candidate progression from initial contact through onboarding and first shift placement.
• Collaborate with branch teams on staffing priorities and clinician placement.
