Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking an on-site Clinical Recruiter to attract, engage, place, and support nurses and clinicians across our Texas offices. The role blends recruiting, relationship management, staffing coordination, and operational execution to ensure successful first shift placements.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with urgency and accountability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, staffing, or related relationship-based roles.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM and scheduling tools.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with candidates.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and engage nurses and clinicians through diverse channels.
• Build clinician relationships and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Match clinicians to client opportunities based on fit, location, and needs.
• Discuss schedules, compensation, and placement details with candidates.
• Manage progression from first contact to onboarding and placement.
• Collaborate with branch teams on staffing priorities and urgent needs.
• Support staffing by filling client needs with qualified clinicians.
• Maintain documentation in recruiting and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate scheduling and onboarding with Recruiting Administrators.
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
