The role emphasizes relationship-building, speed, and accuracy in scheduling, communication, and documentation, with on-site work at the office on US-75 near the Sherman/Howe border.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting, staffing, or a related relationship-based role.
• Experience using ATS/CRM and scheduling tools daily.
• Strong communication with clinicians and clients throughout the day.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and engage nurses and clinicians through multiple channels.
• Build strong clinician relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Match clinicians to client opportunities based on fit, location, and schedules.
• Discuss compensation, placement details, and onboarding with candidates.
• Manage candidate progression from outreach to onboarding and first shift.
• Collaborate with branch teams on staffing priorities and clinician placement.
• Maintain documentation in recruiting, ATS, and scheduling systems.
• Coordinate scheduling and onboarding tasks with Recruiting Administrators.
