Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise data and voice networks using listed tools and respond to alarms.
• Provide Level 1 support for common network infrastructure components.
• Escalate incidents with clear technical findings and coordinate with engineers and vendors.
• Maintain incident records, procedures, and network diagrams.
• Protect confidential information and participate in ongoing training.
