Digital Management Llc in Crownsville, MD seeks a Network Technician to support DHS locations with on-site help desk and equipment deployment. You will troubleshoot software and hardware issues, manage user accounts, and coordinate site coverage with remote support tools.

The role requires an Associate's degree or equivalent, plus 3 years' computer-related experience and the ability to pass fingerprint background checks. Citizenship and security clearance may be required.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or equivalent education in computer-related field.
• An additional year of specialized experience may substitute the required education.
• Three years of experience in a computer-related field.

Responsabilidades

• Supports designated DHS sites and satellite offices, including county courthouses and sheriff’s offices.
• Provides in-person help desk troubleshooting for software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Provides on-site remote site coverage when others are unavailable.
• Delivers desktop telephone support and remote diagnosis using DHS tools.
• Acts as a technical resource to other Administrators.
• Manages accounts, permissions, and identities per DHS policies.
• Creates and shares documentation on processes and changes in the environment.
• Deploys equipment to meet agency needs and configures IT equipment per DHS standards.

Conhecimentos

Windows infrastructure experience

Formação académica

Associate's degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Engineering or related field

Technical school certificate in data communications or equivalent military training
