Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Eight years of experience in a computer-related field.
• Five years of Windows infrastructure installation, operation, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical advisor to site directors and manage the network.
• Provide in-person and remote IT support for DHS locations and satellite offices.
• Guide junior administrators and share LAN managerial duties.
• Troubleshoot desktop/server issues and diagnose software hardware faults.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholder groups.
