Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience in a computer-related field.
• Five (5) years of experience in the following areas: Installation, operation, and maintenance of Windows Infrastructure and connected devices.
• Education: Associate's degree... or technical certificate; military training can substitute for education.

Responsibilities

• Serves as technical advisor to the site directors, manage the network, provide computer/IT support.
• Supports designated sites and satellite locations.
• Guides junior administrators and shares LAN managerial duties.
• Provides in-person help desk troubleshooting and remote site coverage.
• Provides desktop telephone support and remote diagnosis.
• Acts as SME to other Administrators and guides technical implementations.
