Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple career levels to support the upkeep and readiness of our housing communities. Candidates with general maintenance know-how or advanced trade expertise are encouraged to apply.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and document routine maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry, often outdoors, in attics, crawl spaces, and other tight spaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of general maintenance knowledge and experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Certification within 180 days for Level 2/3 considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and perform repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and related areas.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and document routine maintenance in accordance with company policy.
• Maintain equipment and use PPE as required.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units including painting, flooring, drywall, and fixture work.
• Understand and follow preventive maintenance programs and safety practices.
