Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) required
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
• Reliable and punctual; strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge and daily use of technology platforms
• Valid Driver's License in state of residence

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, air conditioning systems, appliances, water heaters, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance.
• Perform skilled work in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith with basic troubleshooting.
• Document all work per company policy and maintain tools and equipment in good repair.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements; adhere to preventive maintenance programs including filter changes.
• Assist in making ready vacated units through painting, flooring, drywall, and related tasks.
• Conduct emergency maintenance (sewage, water leaks, fire damage, weather-related issues) and resolve issues promptly.
