Job summary

Hunt Military Communities seeks Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels to support the upkeep of our housing communities. You will perform repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, with duties including testing, diagnostics, and documentation.

Responsibilities include responding to service requests, ensuring safety, assisting in make-ready of vacated units, and mentoring junior staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical work outdoors in all weather.
• Experience in building maintenance or trades preferred.
• EPA 608 certification for Level 2/3 preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for HVAC, plumbing, appliances, and general maintenance.
• Perform skilled work in one or more trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or locksmith.
• Document all work and maintain tools and equipment in ready condition.
• Follow safety practices and use PPE as required.
• Assist in make-ready of vacated units and minor cosmetic repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate with residents effectively.
• Mentor Level 3 technicians and support team as needed.
