Job summary

Hunt Military Communities is seeking Maintenance Technicians at multiple career levels to support the maintenance and readiness of our housing communities. You will perform general maintenance and help ready units during occupancy changes, addressing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and other building tasks.

Roles involve outdoor work in varying weather, attic and crawl space access, and adhering to safety and PPE guidelines. Vehicle use may be required for company business.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform physical work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests for furnaces, AC, appliances, water heaters, and plumbing.
• Perform skilled work in one or more trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, locksmith).
• Document all work according to company policy and maintain tools and PPE.
• Follow preventive maintenance program and assist in make-ready units as needed.
• Perform emergency maintenance including water issues, fires, and weather-related damage.
• Mentor Level 3 technicians and support the team to run maintenance efficiently.
