Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or business preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in transportation, supply chain, or contract logistics.
• Experience leading Supervisors or multi-level teams in high-volume settings.
• Strong use of dashboards and KPIs to drive results.
• Knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP systems and data tools.
• LEAN/Six Sigma/Kaizen experience in live operations.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across functional areas, shifts, and networks to meet service commitments.
• Drive disciplined execution aligned with customer requirements and service levels.
• Serve as primary operational escalation point for issues in service, quality, or throughput.
• Enforce standard work, SOPs, and safety regulations across sites.
• Own KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, service, and productivity.
• Lead performance reviews and drive corrective actions with dashboards.
