Ideal candidates have 3+ years in on-site multifamily management and a track record of team leadership. Bachelor’s degree and real estate license are preferred; compensation reflects market norms for the area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Real Estate license preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of multifamily community, including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects; process lease/renewal paperwork.
• Lead and mentor on-site team to maximize engagement and reduce turnover.
• Develop marketing programs to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Ensure adherence to Cushman & Wakefield policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with leasing staff to meet leasing/marketing goals.
