Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily to oversee daily operations of a community in Phoenix, AZ. You will manage leasing, maintenance, and on-site staff to ensure market-ready performance and strong resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years of property management and management experience, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree and Real Estate License. On-site leadership, budgeting, and marketing drive success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Real Estate License preferred.
3+ years of Property Management experience.
3+ years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

Oversee operations of the on-site community to ensure smooth, market-ready performance.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, and lease administration.
Maintain high-level resident service and communication to boost satisfaction and renewals.
Lead and develop a high-performing on-site team including leasing, maintenance, and management staff.
Drive revenue through competitive analysis and targeted marketing programs.
