Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; strong local knowledge of property management practices.
• Minimum 3+ years of property management experience; 1+ year in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for multifamily communities.
• Assist Property Manager with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and lease administration.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects; drive renewals and occupancy.
• Prepare lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Assist with marketing, leasing goals, and coordination of vendor/service contracts.
• Lead on-site staff through interviewing, hiring and coaching as needed.
