You will mentor leasing, maintenance, and service teams, drive marketing efforts to fill units, and ensure compliance with company standards. Strong communication and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Real estate license preferred.
• 3+ years on-site multifamily property management experience required.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Experience with leasing, marketing, budgeting, and vendor management.
