Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for a multifamily takeover community. This on-site role requires leading day-to-day operations, coordinating leasing, maintenance, and resident relations while working closely with the AVP and corporate office.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor relationships, and staff development to ensure exceptional service and adherence to SunRidge standards. Weekend coverage may be required for staffing and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and Property Code.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily property operations including leasing, renewals, collections, resident relations, and vendor coordination.
• Monitor rents, expenses, delinquencies and budget compliance to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and train on-site staff; conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee leasing activity, approvals, and market surveys to maintain occupancy.
• Foster excellent resident service and handle move-in/out inspections and notices.
