Job summary

American Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Eaglewood, a 156-unit garden-style community built in 2004. This on-site role requires daily property walks, staff supervision, maintaining high occupancy, and driving excellent resident service in a competitive market.

Responsibilities include approving timecards, tracking revenue/expenses, coordinating move-ins/outs, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and state laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in multifamily housing within the last 10 years.
• 2+ years managing a market-rate/stabilized multifamily community with oversight of staff.
• Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing, landlord-tenant, and ADA laws.
• Experience managing Class A and/or Class B properties.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English with good reading, writing, and speaking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily property walks to ensure curb appeal and policy adherence.
• Approve and maintain timecards for office and maintenance staff.
• Maintain high occupancy and focus on resident retention.
• Handle sales and marketing activities and promote the property.
• Track revenue and expenses and prepare reports for management.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and oversee contractors.
