Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform hands-on tasks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances and other systems.
• Make-ready vacant units and ensure they are move-in ready.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs, including safety and inventory docs.
• Follow MSDS requirements and company safety policies; keep areas hazard-free.
