Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Maintenance, Apartment or Property Maintenance.
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train and support maintenance technicians.
• Delegate tasks and prioritize work orders and resources.
• Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose plumbing, electrical, HVAC and other issues.
• Monitor work orders and maintain tool/inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors and respond to emergencies.
