Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade/vocational training.
• 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments, including painting, cleaning and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks as scheduled by supervisor and report issues.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to safety standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
