Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year working in multifamily maintenance experience required.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests and complete within 24 hours.
• Communicate effectively with residents to ensure resolution.
• Coordinate with leasing team to prep vacant units for move-in.
• Inspect community grounds and common areas for safety and upkeep.
• Assist in preventive maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structure.
• Support audits and inspections for city, fire, and safety reviews.
