Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to work orders.
• Record readings, monitor performance, and coordinate with contractors.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE use at all times.
• Assist with emergency situations and site safety measures.
