Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent; 2 years college or trade schooling.
• Four years' experience in electrician or HVAC/refrigeration trade or related field.
• Permits/licensing as required; Universal CFC recovery certification within 90 days if HVAC tech.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems (mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Record readings and monitor equipment performance; supervise contractors for quality and cost.
