Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Engineer to focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing facility equipment across HVAC and electrical systems. The role requires multi-trade skills and strong troubleshooting capabilities.

You will perform preventive and repair work orders, monitor equipment, assist the Facility Management team during emergencies, and ensure all safety procedures and inspections are completed to support client occupancy and operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform all work using the proper PPE.
• Serve as a client-facing representative of JLL by maintaining professional communication with customers, site personnel, and stakeholders while delivering HVAC services.
• Strong Interpersonal skills; working knowledge of basic computer applications including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment and electrical distribution equipment.
• Record readings and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Complete hazard assessments and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Support facility management in emergencies and coordinate with customers and managers.
