Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in College Park, MD seeks a Mobile Engineer to operate, maintain and repair HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing systems across assigned facilities, with emphasis on energy efficiency and uptime. Duties include preventive and repair work orders, CMMS updates (Corrigo), and on-call availability.

A high school diploma and four years of building engineering experience in HVAC/R are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and equipment repair experience.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial refrigeration.
• Strong knowledge of system design and applications.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems (HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing).
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Update work orders and CMMS data in real time (Corrigo).
• Possess valid state driver’s license and be available for call-in work.
