• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years of college or related trade schooling.
• Minimum of four years’ experience in electrician or HVAC/refrigeration trades or related field.
• HVAC Universal CFC recovery certification (within 90 days).

Responsabilidades

• Maintenance and repair of facility HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Operate, maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders and monitor readings.
• Input data in the CMMS system Corrigo and report issues promptly.
• Ensure safety and compliance with applicable codes and procedures.
