Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician to maintain and repair on-site Denver facility systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and coordinate with contractors while following safety procedures and PPE guidelines.

The role requires 4+ years in HVAC/refrigeration or electrician work, Universal CFC certification, a HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license. On-site position with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Competenze

• HVAC technician with Universal CFC certification.
• HS diploma or GED; related trade schooling preferred.
• Four or more years in HVAC/refrigeration or electrician work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 80 lbs.

Mansioni

• Maintain and repair facility HVAC and related systems on-site in Denver.
• Issue preventive maintenance and respond to work orders promptly.
• Operate, inspect and repair electrical, plumbing, and building systems as needed.
• Record readings, monitor equipment, and coordinate with contractors when required.
• Ensure safety procedures and proper PPE usage at all times.
