Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across HVAC systems. The role requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and building systems with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, EPA/CFC license, and at least four years of technical building engineering experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent with technical training or degree.
• Universal EPA / CFC license.
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in packaged HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair/maintenance.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
• Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC, plumbing or related crafts.

Responsibilities

• Performance of ongoing preventive and repair response work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems, equipment, and components.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, building interior/exterior repair, and related grounds, and production equipment as it pertains to assigned buildings.
• Study and become familiar with various items of equipment and methods required to use them properly, including building automation systems and fire/life safety systems.
• Perform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
• Any other duties and tasks assigned.
