Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; two years of trades schooling in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC.
• Six years of technical and supervisory experience in building engineering (electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• Excellent working knowledge of computer-based applications, including Excel and Word.
• Universal CFC recovery certification.
• Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs., climb up to 30 ft; physical endurance required.
• Must pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs maintenance staff on shift; plans work according to priorities.
• Maintains, operates, and repairs HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and building systems.
• Conducts inspections and quality assurance for facilities; ensures safety compliance and proper documentation.
• Uses CMMS (Corrigo) to manage work orders and track maintenance activities.
• Prepares and reviews performance metrics, reports and budgets for facilities operations.
