Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Florida seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician to maintain, repair, and operate HVAC systems across multiple sites, including St. Petersburg, Gainesville, Ocala, and Clearwater.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document readings, and support building automation systems while adhering to safety standards and coordinating with vendors, with on-call rotation and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Technician Certification required for refrigerants.
• Fall Protection Certification.
• Lifting Equipment Certification (if operating powered trucks).
• Confined Space Certification (if applicable).
• State/local HVAC licensing as required.
• Experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to HVAC systems and equipment across multiple sites.
• Record readings, calibrate, and adjust to maintain optimum performance.
• Manage Building Automation / Control Systems for efficient operation.
• Follow hazardous materials policies and maintain a safe workplace.
• Check tool and instrument inventories; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
• Travel to sites, including overnight stays, as needed by business demand.
