Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Mobile Engineer (MES) to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in designated facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, respond to issues, and support building automation and life-safety systems on-site in Port St.

Lucie, FL. The role requires 4+ years in building engineering, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and willingness to work after hours.

Qualifications

• Four years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to inspect, repair and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Willingness to work after-hours and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems in assigned facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders.
• Prepare management summaries and report conditions found.
• Support building automation and life-safety systems; maintain safe work areas.
