Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, a Universal CFC certification within 90 days, and familiarity with refrigeration systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, or related systems.
• Universal CFC recovery certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC/R and related equipment across facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and due diligence on building systems.
• Document work, update CMMS records in real time, and manage on-call duties.
• Collaborate with teams and vendors to ensure safe, energy‑efficient operation.
