Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Chicago, IL seeks a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair systems, log work using Corrigo CMMS, and be on-call for after-hours issues.

Requires 4+ years in building engineering and a Universal CFC recovery certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience with a strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment background.
• Universal CFC recovery certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of system design and applications.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC/R and related equipment across facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders; monitor and document status.
• Update work orders in Corrigo CMMS in real time.
• Be available for call-in work and on-call duties.
